Just create a new folder in your Google drive then share it. Set it to allow anyone with the link to edit then send out the link to those who need it and they can all upload their photos.
This does mean that anyone who can add photos could also delete any of the other photos.

If a=b then they are the same. Why do you need to return 2 things the same? Just return one of them (and you can name it C if you want but I don't see what difference that makes?)
Some themes do things differently but most of the time you go into Appearance > Widgets then add the content you want to the Footer widget area. Sometimes there's 1 footer widget area for the whole thing or sometimes there are 3-4 footer areas for adding content to each column of the footer.

You're populating the dropdown from a select statement, so just change that to include doctor id as well as doctor name. The id goes into the 'value' attribute of the select list items and the name goes into the 'text' attribute. You don't need to worry about matching up...
Oh, the error is probably because I named the variable $query and you've got $wp_query
For the countdown timer, replace the line
with
Can you post the whole code? That would make it easier to see what's going on.
You'll need to add a check in your query to only get countdown dates in the future.
