Dave, we make excellent keyboards. Like ANY electronic device ever made, there are occasional failures. But, we back them with an excellent warranty and excellent customer service.
Keep in mind that if you look at support forums, of course you are going to see people with issues. That's why...
1: Your thread was locked because of your repeated violations of forum rules. This was explained to you so when you spread the word, please tell the entire truth. Same goes for your video. Yes, I deleted it. I explained to you that we will not allow a video that is filled with PROFANITY to sit...
I am still at a complete loss as to why we're even discussing this, and on a second forum even.
1. You have 2 tickets in our ticket system. It's free to use. No money needed. I reminded you of this in this in your RMA thread. It's still there unedited.
2. You have been offered a free...
No posts have been removed. A thread was merged to make your process more simple. Your video was removed due to the overwhelming profanity.
The offer of a shipping label and a replacement keyboard are there for all to see. It's not edited or removed. As I said before, if a shipping label...
Other than a free shipping label, which was refused, and a new KB I'm not sure what else we can do here. We were basically cursed out in PM for even making the offer. The offer still stands however.

The CPU-Z shot is from the SPD tab. All that shows is the voltage needed to run that RAM at those timings using the SPD settings. CPU-Z is not going to show the RAM voltage. Your RAM voltage will be shown in your BIOS.
Of course 3 drives using synch NAND will be faster than the lone Corsair drive in your comparison using asynch NAND. At any given capacity, those 3 models of drives will be significantly more expensive than the Force 3.
And, in spite of the NAND differences, in "some" tests and in "some"...
If your CPU is up to your current needs, a good P45 or X48 DDR3 board and an 8GB kit of DDR3 memory is just what the doctor ordered. DDR3 is dirt cheap right now and much less expensive and easier to find than DDR2.
I have started seeing some people stating that they are bogging on FPS with BF3 and 4GB. Several are reporting that going to 8GB solves it. If that is your game of choice you may want to look into that before deciding.
Please post that info here, the RMA number and the lot code when you have them, so that I can be sure the RMA info goes to the correct person in Engineering.
Thanks.
We are very sorry you had this problem. We'd like to recover that controller and see if we can determine why/now it failed. Can you please use this RMA LINK, start an RMA, and then send me the RMA number? Of course, we'll also send out a new controller for you ASAP.
This was a really cool idea, bad pun intended
I linked these of FB today. For users wanting "real water cooling" but that may lack the proper tools, skills, or confidence to put water in their own cases, this is a great solution. Gotta love the case selection too.
