old ati card 256 mb 1gb ram 2.4 ghz intel some asus mobo, dont know number/name graphics on low... which looks weird on 24" It's the last game i'll be able to play on it, that's why I need a new pc :D

Why not? I've done it before, the pc I use now is 6 years old and can still run e.g. Cod4 Not on highest settings obviously, but that doesn't bother me But on to the question is the DS4 a good motherboard?

sry forgot to say, the toughest thing it will handle are videogames at max settings on a 24" monitor (samsung 245B)
