Can you extract through an outside wall? Either within the bathroom or a gable end wall within the attic. There are external grilles which can be fitted from the inside, so no heights work at all. I think as a DIY’er you should be hiring a scaffold tower as a minimum.

If you’re less bothered about app control and only need the lights to come on at night I’d look at the Steinel dawn to disk sensors which auto compensate for the time of year, they’re inexpensive and work well.

I went with the Apple silicone case on my 15.

Mine's a non pro but I also came from an SE2 with the 6hr battery, 15 is notably faster and overall nicer experience, FaceID is much easier as Touch ID wasn't reliable for me so had to use PIN most of the time.

You can most likely add it as a camera to your existing Hik NVR. I have done this with similar Hik products (haven't installed that specific model). Do you have a Cat5e/6 cable at the front door?
