Was waiting on skylake before starting 2 builds as my sandybridge build which my main mobo died on me had to replace with a matx chipset as mobo's for sandy are a pain in the ass to find dropped from 2 sata3 ports to 1 otherwise cpu performance in games are not much different and my other half...
all graphics cards I have bought from multiple retailers has never had the box sealed. However all cards did have protection in the box with static bag with a sticker sealing the bag.
Personally I don't worry as long as the card works as DSR protects me however I would refuse a scuffed/greasy...
thank you for necro bumping this thread, What a read lol. I have used this stuff in the past have to say over MX3 and AS5 it is better but the mess it leaves on the heat sink made me think not worth the clean up at the end.
I am personally waiting on the 660 before I decide anything was kind of tempted on the 7850 as that OC'ed is mean't to be near 7970 performance which is also around 670 performance at a much lower cost.
well if you look at the current version specs

I think I understand it better.
So lets put this scenario in there, Portugal win 1-0 and Denmark win 1-0.
That will put Germany, Denmark and Portugal with 6 points.
Step 1) points won between the teams in question(all would have 3 so move on to next step, points won over holland don't...
I am now officially confused with this ruling(personally think it should be goal difference before head to head) cause im trying to work out the possibilities for tomorrow's game's and with this rule in theory netherlands should not be able to qualify for the quarters even if they won 10-0 and...

Thanks for that think I understand it a bit better now so for the one I wrote above. Would it be
File user can read/write/execute, group can exec no one else can do anything?
I have just started to use Linux and after using windows for as long as I can remember am having trouble understanding file permissions. If someone were to give you this on paper can someone explain this for me please?

maybe there not throttling everybody but I am definetly getting throttled the fact my speed jumps when using the VPN is proof of that not to mention videos stream smoothly on VPN and is extremely slow without it.
I mean to disguise the traffic as for example if i download a torrent it normally only downloads at around 100kb/s but with the VPN it downloads at 3mb+/s of course seed dependant. Not to mention my streaming is a lot faster with the VPN as well.
Virgin 50mb is crap with the throttling I even...
Does anyone know a good cheap VPN that I can use to bypass throttling. I am currently using the one that comes with giganews but I am looking to cancel it as it is starting to become expensive.
