maybe there not throttling everybody but I am definetly getting throttled the fact my speed jumps when using the VPN is proof of that not to mention videos stream smoothly on VPN and is extremely slow without it.

did u set the tv refresh rate to 120hz? Also you have to open the 3D Vision program to set it up etc.
