Just purchased a car cover for my car, exclusively outdoor parked since got no garage. What's your opinion on these. I've heard people saying they can damage paint if the wind blows them causing movement etc.

Same here, 2 stolen in my area in the last 2 months both a few weeks old, and quite near me. 1 fitted with a tracker found half a mile from his house with no damage. Other never found, had no tracker. Since then I made some arrangements, and got myself one of the best anti theft setups...

Keep the CPU. Buy a new GPU + RAM. Even at it's max boost of 3.8Ghz it should be ok until you can afford to upgrade it. SSD will be a good choice, but gaming-wise won't really make all that much difference other than load times.

Must be the color. I always avoid black when buying cars. Aside from being expense to paint in case you get any damage, I think it hides the lines of cars. I usually go for warm colors or just white.
