Total War: Warhammer. Tried it years back and was a little overwhelmed with it, but giving it another go now and quite enjoying it. The fun might wear off once the armies get huge and there's too much micro management in battles but for now its a lot of fun. I wish they would do a Warhammer...

These Final Hours (2013) - another apocalypse / end of times movie based in Australia. The asteroid has already hit on the other side of the world and the destruction is on the way in 12 hours. No big special effect fest, just about the human story. Very good, if a little depressing 8/10

i'll go watch it. Its nice to have 2 "universes", this neon glowing popcorn hollywood one and the traditional toho version. Both fun :) Although the spinning tail flip shows that we arent far off the sliding tail tackle or highland jig!

Tina just doesn't seem right, the rest of it looks fun though

well i just got round to watching the xmas special, Ive been putting it off thinking it would be a load of cringe but was pleasently suprised. Definitly a bit of fluff as per usual seasonal episodes but i like the new guy and gal. Hopefully a bit more sci fi and less vaudeville for the main...

The postman, the other day, said he just doesnt ring doorbells as a matter of form. I just thought wtf! As a part time takeaway delivery driver myself the only ones i hate are the Ring doorbells. I always stand to one side when i ring it so im not video'd. I think they make more noise outside...

i'd disagree with that. Tripods, Day of the Triffids, Torchwood, once it found its feet with Children of Earth was some of the best sci fi. But I cant think of much recently.
