I would put all your data into one tab with a column for "date" that is specific to each 6 month block of data. Each new 6 month block of data can go into the same table each time. Then it's a single data set to run analysis off, like pivot tabes etc
I got one working with a raspberry pi with retropi installed.Took a little while to get it all set up but worth the effort. If you want to play it on a crt you will need a pi2scart or similar. I just used a 4:3 lcd with scan line generator and it looks good.

Been playing this on game pass on xbox and loving it. Such a great feel to it - gloriously retro but also well modernised. The music is quality too! Might get it on PC to own it as its on sale on Steam I think at the moment
For £250 I would look at a second hand portable AC unit. I bought an AEG chill flex last summer which vents out of the window.
The cool air coming out of that whilst trying to work in 30 degrees was bliss!!!
