Erm you will find that no one gets roasting unless they try to lie about what has happened. In this case he has come out and has said what has happened we all saw it and so we only care that he is ok.

I just remembered that **** in the Range Rover, I hope he gets what's coming to him in due course.

Forget Ninja Badger, we now have Ninja Rover :D

The really annoying guy? Who was he?

Just some **** who has nothing better to do than laugh at somebody who has had a crash and make inappropriate comments.
It was a good job he walked away when he did as he'd of been down that bankside the way he carried on tbh.

But like you say the situation changes somewhat because you guys hadn't been on the road at the same time etc.

I would also like to say i've been to some of the original meets and other than a chance for mates to meet up and talk about cars and have a nice meal i didn't get the impression at any point or see anyone driving in a manor that would indanger anyone else or himself on the roads.

i know the details have been a bit vague, due to the reasons you stated.

But this was on a 60 limit road, up on the moors. He was possibly doing less than 60 when he lost control anyway. He was on his own, not doing anything dangerous, but it was raining and getting gradually worse as the photoshoot went on. All that happened was that the back stepped out in the wet.

Had this been on normal roads, he'd have spun out, clipped a kerb and possibly done some damage to his suspension. The problem was, because we were on the moors, he hit a telegraph pole that appeared to have been chopped down, but leaving a section behind approx 1 foot high. He hit this which launched him into the roll.

If it hadnt been for that telegraph pole, it wouldnt have been nearly as bad. It would have been just like fox's ditch incident.

Had it not been as wet on the crappy moors tarmac, it wouldnt have happened at all.

indeed, i was just about to have a go at him as well but he walked off in the nick of time, and we had a few emergency services on the scene too who probably wouldnt take to kindly to it lol

"*takes picture on camera phone*, *laughs* it's alright having these fancy high powered cars, if you can ******* drive, what a **** *sniggers**walks off*"

Rybo89 has a MASSIVE chip on his shoulder in regards to Motors. I have no idea why.

must be because im loved and dont try be to be like someone else :)

Because we're all ####s? Although I don't get why people seem to think that, we just aren't all retarded like most of GD.

i dont think your ****'s, this is only section i really post in, i enjoy the reads and the banter between enthusiasts

i wasn't saying this dude needs a roasting, he's already been through enough and admitted the wrongs, i was gettin at it was unlucky to happen around the ocuk lot, there at his car giving him a good telling off

Haha, that's the one lol.

Lets not turn this thread into a tit for tat argument, what has happened has happened, there's nothing that can be done about it now, I would also agree with MrLOL, Darrynwasnt speeding, the road was just getting worse and the grease got the better of him. Thankfully, he has lived to tell the tale and at the risk of sounding selfish Darryn, don't let this incedent stop you attending other meets, I still expect to see you in September in your new MX5 ;).
