It's not a hassle mate - none at all
A 460 will provide nice power too
BTW, are you selling a 460 then? Is it single slot?
Getting PhysX to work with ATI is easy, once you know how. I’ve done it twice before this
1. Download your choice of ATI driver – preferably 11.2 or 11.4 beta
2. Download 267.51 nvidia drivers – this includes .0514 physx software
Nvidia drivers 267.91

3. Download the 1.04ff patch
4. Uninstall all drivers. Use Driversweeper in safe mode.

5. Physically install all cards
6. Reboot normally. Install ATI drivers first. Reboot
7. Install nvidia drivers second. Do not reboot straight away
8. Use MSCONFIG to reboot into safe mode
9. Use the “Hybrid-Physx-mod-1.04ff.exe” in admin mode. Press Apply.
10. Do step 9 again – just to be safe
11. Go into the “Extras” folder. Click on the “…Manual.cmd” file
12. Then click on the “set-GPU.cmd”
13. Reboot normally
14. Use Fluidmark to test that Physx is on the GPU
15. If not, extend the desktop to the nvidia card. Force it
