If you have another meet bare in mind my sister owns 21st Century Leisure, ST6 4LJ in Longport Stoke-on-trent, it has ample parking, swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas and aint busy on a saturday so i can take over it lol. Would make a great meeting place as there is a bar area to, to chill out in after.

Has proper Body Building gym too with up to 70kg dumbells power rack etc.

MK? lol, it's like 2 hours away :p It's about double the meet in Brum for me :)

I have everything goes okay Zulu, don't sweat about not making the meet, there WILL be other meets! :)
 
There sounds good to me! As long as it's got a train station near by or someone doesn't mind swinging by Wolves on their way :D

Cutting Weight

Advice required.

When I started attending my gym (last year) I weighed a little under 12st. These days I'm now hovering around the 14st mark.

I'd like to now cut down by a 1st or 1.5st. Get rid of some fat.

I'd like to know how I can do this safely and without having to starve myself lol.

I usually eat 3 meals a day with the odd snack (usually cereal with full fat milk, chicken slices and a few other things) between them.
