Thanks for taking the time to do that.

So McLaren won't be miles behind this year apparently...

Did they have poor test times from the off last year?

Poor times in all tests last year and couldn't manage more than 20 laps due to the exhausts blowing up.

So it's safe to say they'll do better than last year in testing.

Cant remember much about the 2010 McLaren car other than the discussions around the F Duct, but I can remember the 2009 car being 1.5 seconds off the pace all through testing.

This is supposedly a sneak peak of the RB8 spotted at Jerez.

The nose looks exactly like the RB7, and far to high for the 2012 regulations.

Then again, I wouldn't put it past RBR to fit the 2011 wing and then 'accidentally' leave it uncoverered for some people to sneak pics :)

if it was the new one i doubt it would be out in teh open unless it was on purpose :P

dont some of the teams usually take the "show car" along and stick it outside one of the garages on display anyway?

Thanks, added.

I think that is last years HRT as well. It wouldn't surprise me if this years was just a bodge to get past the regs.
