I tried to do the same for GOSH and raffle it off with a very well known reviewer, but GOSH said no as it encorages kids to play to many computer games, my 2 year old son goes their for his chari condition. Your build looks epic and i hope you raise lots of money for your cause 
Many thanks, we're in a tricky position to be honest. We know many wish to sponsor regardless of what the components are. I just think it fair to have a solid and confirmed list of parts shared with you all before making the donation page public. That way people know what they have a chance to win.

Q. When does work begin?
OK as I said above we find ourselves in a tricky position. I doesn’t feel right to put the donation link up until parts are confirmed, received and work begins.
To be perfectly honest its a case of me jumping in a little bit too quick. When the emails starting pouring in with offers I foolishly assumed this would be up and running quickly. The people we are working alongside have very heavy work loads.
It is something I had not considered to be fair, With that in mind it is extremely heart-warming to have so many people making time and doing what they can to aid this project.
Due to time constraints on those involved at this time we can not set a definite start date.
I fele a bad to be honest but this is all new to us and Ideally we would have sourced all parts then started this thread. With that said their is postive side to things taking a little longer than expected. All extra time will be used to promote and share Connors plan. More exposure means more awareness
Witout giving to much away , we're mostly good to go except for some Key components,
The one specific are we are not having much luck is with a CPU . Were still working on that though

A most noble suggestion. However with no offence intended I feel that it would unfair of us to accept such and offer . Still some time tyet before everything else arrives. Who knows what could happen in the coming days/weeks.

As above very generous suggestion. In time we may revisit this option.
Also Connor had suggested starting a tip Jar at home . He wanted to clear out some old unused games, dvds etc to raise a few pounds for paints and other materials we will use . We'll be pressing friends and family first though. bless him
