It really is crazy that we have very little to treat narcolepsy. My dad had the old Dexedrine treatment - one of the few drugs that shows any kind of benefit, but sadly it destroyed his life and him as a person with all of the side effects :(. We always hear of these amazing treatments being worked on, but we never see them - mainly because a number of the treatments discovered could never be allowed to enter the public domain.

Ye unfortunately as with most things in the world it all revolves around making money so the illnesses that are most likely to make the most money get the most research invested in them.....
 
I read somewhere in this thread about mention of a Facebook group/page relating to this? If I am not making this up, is there a link somewhere :)

Edit: wow, someone donated £100, very generous :)

Work , good News and bad...
Connor is feeling much better and has the creative juices flowing again. I on the other hand has a tricky week with college, Final tests and such.
After that its clear sailing and lots of modding ahead!

First Post updated.

Just a small update today. Connor did what he could, we'll plan to finish up tomorrow.

The following are mocks only. Not final

Connor wanted the window to sit flat and not behind the side panel. We plan to achieve this using some channel moulding.

Work is still rough and requires some sanding & Filing to be done.

into the design, We have some nice carbon fibre on the way also..Its going to look great.

Holy massive case Batman! DAYUM! :eek:

Would it not be better to use the Cosmos as the main prize since it's the biggest/most expensive case? Just a thought :)

Might be worth putting a link for this in general hardware too. The project log section is generally pretty quiet - I am sure a lot of people will miss it, but would otherwise like to donate.
