by the way what is the most accurate way of measuring the gpu clock speed. GPU is reporting the above values but on the top right hand corner its reading something else? Am I missing something?

i7 3770k stock

put everything back to stock in my prodigy as the H100 was having problems keeping it cool thought i would try this.
