Something strange is going on the Nvidia results, people making re-runs are reporting lower clock than their previous run and gaining significant points, and yet Heaven is reporting higher clocks than their last run.

Can anyone explain that?

whyscotty, you say 994Mhz, your MSI AB OSD reports 1215Mhz and the application reports 1385Mhz.

Would i be wrong in assuming that you have it set at 1215Mhz and Nvidia's boost 2 is boosting as high as 1385Mhz where the TDP allows?

Neither me or Whyscotty have boost enabled and Valley reports it wrong for the GPU clocks.

Nope, MSI AB reports the correct clocks and the only tool to do so with Titans and 780's that have boost disabled.

Post 1107 - you can scrap that one - AB is correct - Valley reading it wrong.

Valley has always reported the GPU clockspeeds a lot higher than they are.

I don't have the AB overlay on and to dodgy running the volts I was. All good

That would be a problem for Matrix Platinum users as you can't adjust voltages with AB, so would be no point using it for me.

EVGA precisionX? have the same OSD ^^^^

Using EVGA precisionX you'd be in the same boat. No voltage adjustment. ^^^

You can use MSI AB OSD along side whatever overclocking app your using, you don't have to use it for overclocking.

I don't think it is something that is needed as it makes things more complicated and less fun.

As to dodgy enteries there are enough of us who can spot when something is not right.

I also think people on these forums are very honest with their posts.

I think you have just ruled out 8 Pack from posting. I don't know what he uses to overclock but he will not want to have any extra apps running.

I'm sure I tested it in conjunction with Gpu Tweak before and it started xxxxxxx about. It's just a shame Gpu Tweak doesn't incorporate the overlay.
