**GOT AN EVGA GRAPHICS RELATED QUESTION OR NEED SUPPORT - ASK HERE!!**

Hello Ben. I wish to buy an EVGA SLI bridge that is the new revision that works with 4k resolution as the old revision do not work. Where do I need to purchase from to ensure this new revision is received? I think everyone with 4k flickering issues needs a new revision bridge I have the 2/3 way EVGA bridge revision 0:0 and it causes crazy flickering.

EVGA USA confirmed a new revision has been released to combat 4k flickering and I'd like to get one ASAP please at any cost.

Hello, so not all rev 2.0 bridges will work with 4K, at this end you will also need to watchout that the unit do have a S/N that do start with 14... As the bridge is bearly available best place is probably the eu.evga.com store

That just links to scan which is where I got the old revision. I actually can't run sli due to the 5 bridges I had laying around being the old type.

Oh, you need to say this first!!! We will of course change the bridge to the latest version for free if you have purchased the old one and running 4K... In this case just register the bridge to your EVGA Account and send a request about this to [email protected], for a case like this we can also offer a UPS pick up that you will not have further cost on this, please do also confirm in this mail an address we can send UPS too.

Hi Dominic I bought the evga bridge last year so what are the chances it's the old rev

Dominik - Is it just 4k that might have issues, or could ultra-widescreen res of 3440x1440 also have issues? i.e is it above a certain bandwidth?

It is bandwidth related, so far I have not heard about any issues below 4K. If you will face any issues rleated to this we will replace the bridge for free, including UPS pick that you will not have any cost!

couldnt find reciept for my bridge so I've just ordered a fresh one. If the serial begins with 13 I'll kick the wall then arrange for UPS lol. The 2/3way bridge with cards only on 1 and 3 is ok right?

edit WOOOOOO it's a 14 serial number!

So have EVGA changed their customer service? I've vowed never to buy them again, after their ridiculously insulting customer service regarding my 680i motherboards. Absolute joke of a company. Ended up being OUT of a board at the end of it, with them trying to charge me for a board??!!

edit: The American team (with Jacob in it) seemed really decent, and were quite prominent on other forums (Nvnews?). It was simply the German team that sucked.

EVGA are fantastic in almost every area, but, and the reps will have to forgive me for saying this, their motherboards have always fallen short IMO

Fallen short is a very polite way of saying it. It's one of the only customer service experiences which I've never forgotten, which bearing in mind that the board came out in 2006 is saying something...

Yes, the three way bridge with only two cards will work fine. We do not need a invoice to handle RMA within the first 3 years! If you can still cancel the order do so!!!

If you still have any email communication about this can you forward me this? Normally this should also not have happened in the past
Generally back in time EVGA Europe was a kind of "franchchise" while we are now integrated in the EVGA Corp and follow all the same policy and rules worldwide, we can just not offer the 24/7 support so far. Replacing a motherboard can be complicated after a couple of years but generally we always try to have them available because, I probybly do not need to tell you this, it is a hassle for the enduser if this is not the case. At the moment we have still good stocks of socket 775 boards and every socket above and if we need to offer a change of the socket it will be for free now, no extra cost!!
