The Last Of Us

Mine has arrived and waiting for me when I get home tonight.

Perfect timing as I've just finished off 2 games, I can see tonight being a late one and not wanting to get up for work tomorrow :)

Local Asda fella has been kind enough to put a copy aside for me.

Gamestop copy can go back to them when it eventually bothers to turn up. That or do the old Asda receipt + return unopened trick.

Just home from work and delighted to find my Gamestop (Pre-Order Bonus) edition in the mail box :)

Less delighted when i opened it and seen no Day 1 Edition but seems others have the same issue.

Sent a quick email to Gamestop to see what they say.

Still happy to have it a day early, would be nice if i get the DLC code too as its what i ordered but not a game changer if i dont.
 
Why are people moaning that they didn't get this game today, it's not officially released until friday, as long as the online shop gets it to by then you have no valid points.
 
having played it now (gawd bless shopto) anybody who thinks it looks the same as the ps3 version needs their eyes examining

looks so sharp and the lighting is excellent
 
No Day One sticker here, and no code by email either.

But it seems like I'm missing out on hardly anything - right? Just some random in-game bonuses ('easy mode') and two skins? In that case I'm not very bothered.

I'm moaning because I won't get it for release day having had it pre-ordered for weeks.

Gamestop cocked up and then made it mission impossible to get in contact with them about it.

Poor company. My bro was going to buy a big PS4 bundle from them and now he's switched it. Few more bouts of "word of mouth" and hopefully prevent them a few grand in sales.

Being lied to is what done it.... if they were upfront about the situation, i'd have gladly waited until next week.

See i avoided this company when i seen everybody jumping on them to save what £2 or £3, stick to what you know is reliable shops even if it means paying a few quid more it saves a lot of grief if you really want a game on release day.
