Haha! To be fair it's slightly over 1.4 because it's on Auto LLC which gives some overshoot, but it's fine for quick benching runs like this.

Here's the funny thing, my reference 290X which cost £230 is faster than both of my MSI 290X Lightnings in this bench, even when they are both clocked higher on the core.

I also used to get that with my Matrix Platinum 7970s which were slower clock for clock than the ref 7970s.
