What are Inno3D like for warranties? Problematic to any degree? And where is their RMA centre?

....... Great price on the reference 980Ti.

I bought an Inno 980 when OcUK had it at the then amazing price of £399 and it has been a fantastic card - time for an upgrade I think! Although - to be fair - another £10 does get you the Zotac and 5 years warranty if that concerns you. But, I don't keep my GPUs that long so two years will be fine for me.

£500 for a 980ti is a cracking deal, well done!

What's the difference between the X3 and X4? The specifications look identical to me. Edit: it's just the extra fan on the side judging from their website, with a mouse mat and 3D Mark 4k edition.

Are these all reference boards? Edit: reason I ask is that EKWB site says yes, but inno3d site looks different, though this may just be shoddy graphics on their side.

Also, has anyone ever managed to find a review of the Herculez OC version? I can't find anything on it; it's not even listed on Inno3D's website!?

Hi Gibbo

I have sent back a Inno3D GTX 780 iChill HerculeZ X3 Ultra DHS Edition 3GB under its warranty period to OCUK. Its never really worked since I got it, I was advised that testing would take 5 days (Guessing at OCUK). I was then told that the product GX-033-IN has been sent back to the manufacturer for replacement or repair and it may take 28 days.

I been looking at getting a GTX 980 Ti after resolving this card, selling it on with my current temp card to fund a new one.

Can you clarify are you only testing warranty returns for Inno3D before they are sent back the manufacturer?. Bit confused all in all as my experience seems a bit different to your statement.
