I was been slightly tongue in cheek. The Jetstream was originally listed as mid July and is now Mid Aug.

Everything got put back a month, a few weeks ago.

No idea why its taking them so long.

like the look of the Corsair Hydro, I could place the fan on the side of my case where there is more room outside to vent to instead of the back, also it looks like its sealed for life, so no maintenance needed at all.
I'm not familiar with overclocking GPUs although a lot of people are posting about boosting theirs to over 2000mhz, is that the Boost/Base Core Clock in the advert above, if so its not overclocked as fast

OK MSI GTX1080 Armor OC...
Overclocking. Just did the "old" method put power and raise clocks.
Because I have no idea how to modify the curve (at the moment).

With just a humble
+100% core voltage,
120% Power Limit
85C temp limit
+175 core clock
+575 memory clock.

Got 2114 max core clock while running 3D Mark Spy, at maximum temp of 65C (90% fan speed on the curve I made) , GPU voltage 1.093, memory 5580 (is actual x2 so 11160?), power % max 117.

The card is barely audible at 90% fan speed to be honest. my old GTX780 was screaming at that fan speed. (cards I had since either had AIO like the 295X2, or watercooled like the R9 Nano)

Also is it my perception, or 3D Mark Spy looks cleaner and not "foggy", as it does on the R9 Nano?

Anyhow, waiting it's pre-filled EK waterblock for Thursday before I see how much that 3% extra on power limit can give me

Btw the card looks longer than the 295X2. I do not remember the latter extending all way out of the SATA 3.0 cables and their connector!!!!

Really impressed with my MSI armor so far, not even tried overclocking it yet, nice upgrade imo from the 980ti.

I agree. The Armor is impressive.

Just took at the guru3d "basic" overclock for the GTX1080s in general and got it straight on at 2114 added, couple of notches up to 2126.
And having no idea how much I can push it or overclock the VRAM or use the boost 3.0 curve. (any help from someone???)

While according to the MSI PowerLimit % I still have a hefty 4% to go.

Only made an aggressive fan profile to run at 100% at 70C (which never goes there even when playing Crysis). And still at 100% fan speed is dead quiet, cannot be heard above the Predator 360 working at 70% fan speed
