how are folks getting these pics of their 360 now? Are you able to transfer them to your pc without taking the hd apart?

Otherwise I'll just get them with the camera.

I think its only by plugging hard drive into pc maybe wrong.

Ok, so not a patch on the extracted images above, but I had to post these from an online race last night. I'm in the yellow GT and my mate ploughed into me at full pelt as I was correcting a spin. We both roared!

Sadly when you take a pic of the game it uses aa, the jaggies are noticeable when you racing.

For those that havent been following progress, you can now buy an adapter to plug your x360 hdd into a pc sata port. Good for people like me who dont like invalidating warranties! Heres a couple of pics I just grabbed. Need to go through and get some better ones really, but my mate has my memory card with have most of them on, so just took these as a demo really.

I had mine on preorder - cost about a tenner including shipping from US and took 4 days to arrive

. Basically it plugs into the 360 HDD socket and the other end is a standard sata/power socket, so you just plug it into your PC either via sata (as I did) or get a further sata>usb connector. Then run the 360 explorer app, extract your savegame from PGR3 to your PC and then extract the jpgs from it.

glad at least someone got one then, i had mine on predorder and nowt has arrived, you can also get a mem card adaptor from liksang which should let you save pics on mem card and transfer to pc that ways

yeah, I'd expressed interested before the shop was up and they sent me an email a couple of weeks ago with a pre-order link. Ordered staright away and got shipping confirmation last thursday. Works like a charm, although there is absolutely no case with it - its just a circuit board - so need to keep it safe!
