I did a quick search on this and to my disbelief found nothing.
Has anyone watched this other than me? I've spoken to several friends about it and no one had ever heard of it, the only reason i did was due to my girlfriend reading an article and demanding we watch it because 'it's got the dad from Malcolm in the Middle in it'. Little did i know i was going to begin watching what has been the most funny, interesting but ultimately heart wrenching series since Six Feet Under. The acting has been referred to as 'as good as television has to offer' (by some random review from the New York Times or something), which frankly is hard to disagree with, the production values are top notch, the script is up there with some of the best dramas ever and the directing is yet again some of the best i've ever seen in a television series.
*Below is the basic premise of the plot, if you are one of those people that wants to watch something without knowing anything at all then stop reading, i will keep it as basic and spoiler free as possible, you will find out what i'm about to say in the first half of the first episode anyway

The story is about a Chemistry teacher who has fallen from near Nobel prize winning glory and now works two jobs just to make ends meet. He has a pregnant wife and a teenage son with cerebral palsy, he loves them and they love him back, but ultimately his life is rather mundane. That is until he is diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, at which point he decides to stop suffering for doing the right thing and put his Chemistry knowledge to use; cooking crystal meth, which he will sell to collect money for his family when he's gone.
