Fantastic series, but like many FX products it got syndicated to most irregular channels, so it doesn't get the regular cooler talk type of fame.

Just finished watching Season 1 and now I'm half way through Season 2, what an amazing series. Gotta be one of the very best shows out there for sure.

Definitely needs some love. Was holding off on this for ages as I had too much to catch up on. Finally got around to buying the first season on Blu Ray. One episode from the end and love it. Can't wait for the second series to come through the post so I can start watching it!

I also watched this after seeing a recommendation of it on here, great show. Ate they going to do a 5th series or has the end of 4th series pretty much wrapped up all the loose ends?

Series 5 in a year or so's time. 6Eps then series 6 also 6 Eps to wrap things up

According to Wikipedia (and various other sources around the web) the fifth and final series will be 16 episodes:

On August 14, 2011, AMC announced that Breaking Bad had been renewed for a fifth and final season consisting of 16 episodes.[2]

Yup, apparently AMC wanted the show to go on forever (obviously). The creator wanted to wrap things up properly this season but got persuaded (forced) to spill it over into a 5th. I really hope this doesn't impact the quality. Right now i can't see how they can make a 5th season plot without having a few silly story lines in there too. I'm sure it will still be the best show on tv though.
