No confirmation emails?

I ordered today at 9am and just sent them a web note regarding this (no confirmation email whatsoever). I was kind of hoping with next day DPD ordering at 9am would possibly get it to me by the weekend. According to the order status it is still "in our warehouse queue"

The order also seemed quite slow with a bit of a delay between the secure entry and the order completion screen.

I had the same. Bit of a delay aswell.

Did they get back to you?

There appears to be a problem with DNS which is delaying mail sends from our hosts, they are aware and working on resolving it with their upstream providers.

p.s. Your order was printed about 20 minutes ago and is in the process of being picked as we speak. As you've used the free next day dpd shipping however it won't be with you until Monday, the Saturday service is quite a bit more costly - if you want to change calling our sales team on 01782 444455 they can do this for you so long as you call before it is packed.

Ha, I just remembered it was Friday and when I ordered it this morning I thought it was Thursday, I shouldn't really wake up and do things before midday!

Maybe they are having email server issues. Email them to find out.

That reminds me of a place I used to work, they had an emergency broadcast system throughout the entire site, and once a month, would play a test message.. it stated..

"This is a test of the emergency broadcast system, if you cannot hear this message, please call the following number..."

Had similar

"Testing of fire alarms, if you hear this and believe this is a mistake or false alarm please evacuate quickly to the assembly point"

Im amazed how all there staff wasn't regularly in the carpark..
 
Yeah, I've ordered a new monitor this morning and used paypal.

Paypal sent an email instantly but I'm still waiting on the OCUK email
