No confirmation emails?

The two SPF records on the domain probably aren't helping with mail delivery.

That's what you get for just asking someone to add the google spf include to our spf. Was hoping to be in a position to have a proper conversation with support rather than 'monkey do' instructions before we had to fix it.
 
I placed a large order at 7AM this morning, haven't received a confirmation email yet, so this issue seems to be still ongoing.

My order is also still in the 'Printed in Warehouse' state, though I was assured in the CS forum that it will be delivered tomorrow, hmm, not sure who to believe, the system or the CS agent that responded to my posts...

Either way I hope this is fixed soon.

The system was correct, but it's now shipped, we have a late collection :)
 
Should be fine now, moved forums mail onto a 3rd party smtp service same as the shop. Had to make some changes as the forums were designed with a version of smtp similar to pigeon post.

A dead pigeon.
 
Hadn't thought of people who use rules, I prefer a big mess of an inbox :)

I left it as noreply same as shop so it'd all be managed the same, changed to forum now.
 
Just ordered and got the email confirmation fine.

I blame this as to why I never get harribo.
