Benefits of Vertex 4 64GB over Vertex 3 60GB

Hi just wondering what are the Benefits, if any, of the Vertex 4 64GB over the Vertex 3 60GB.

The V4 uses the Indilinx Everest controller (very similar to Crucial M4 but faster) and the V3 uses the SandForce controller. The V4 will be much faster in "real world" file transfers, and won't suffer from slowdown when the drive is more than half populated.
