What about connected through that gfx card? (im assuming your using the onboard)
Also is the board second hand and if so have you reset cmos.

its dvi cable, i tried other 2 ports on graphic card but then i get blank blue screen.
The 1st board i tried was second hand gigabyte z77 chipset and same things happenning, this one is brand new from ocuk and again cant get to bios nothing.

i5 3570k new ocuk
GA Z77X UD3H new ocuk
Memory Samsung 2x4GB ddr3 M379B5273DH0 - YK0 new
Vapor x 7950 new
PSU Corsair 750W old
Win 8 Pro x64

Remove graphics card and try using onboard graphics.

When you start up the computer is there any sign of activity? E.g HDD lights on case, fans spinning etc. Might be worth trying to clear CMOS, even if it's unlikely to work.

Yes as I mentioned before I tried and photo showingwwhat'shhappened
Yes tried clear smos I tried remove everything and run on mobo graphics card but
Still as in photo aboce

After ruling out all common parts between both board attempts it would indicate the cpu, which is rare as its new and they are pretty durable things.

So things to check:
If no spare sticks, you could try ram individually and in diff slots.

Wazza's suggestion about trying other cables is also worth a try or at least checking (if its your only one) it on another machine/device if possible.

Spare PSU you can try or try the existing psu on a old spare system lying about?

BTW it wasn't clear in your second post if you have plugged in both the motherboard power (big 24 pin connector on the middle far right of the board) as well as the second seperate power connector that provides power to the cpu (plugs in to a 4 or 8 pin socket located in the top left of the motherboard.

well i tried one ram stick in diferent slots diferent mobo all cables working fine and psu aswell as i using it right now with my current setup q6600 asus p5q deluxe.
So most likely even unexpected CPU can be the problem?

It would suggest it. Ideally you'd want to test it in a known working system (so if you know anyone who has a 1155 system and is willing to test) but yes looks like rma im afraid.

When you remove the chip, checkout the socket pins make sure ther aren't damaged/bent.

May be a problem with power. Can you try a different PSU? Also try a different electrical socket. Especially in old houses there are often problems with quality of wiring.

Rmaed Mobo and Cpu but it worked all good at ocuk so I bought different ram
Kingston Hyper X but no difference tried old, 460 GTX same thing.blue screen and A6
Code on mobo
Only difference is when I connect old monitor to vga mobo conector that is only time
I managed to boot in Windows.

Heeeelp what the heck is wrong

idk if you have two pcie slots on that board if you do id try in the other lower pcie slot and see if you have any luck, can try clearing the cmos aswell for 30 minutes by leaving out the motherboard battery, keep your gtx connected and put the battery back in n powerup the pc
