Hi Guys

Looking for recommendations for a Air cooler for a FX-8350. Using a Cooler Master 212 at the moment but I don't think its up to the job. Don't really want to spend a shed load on it as well. Just something to cool this 8350 beast

Thanks Guys

:)

the NH-D14 and the NH-D15 get a really good name. Ive went for the Phanteks PH-TC14PE and its doing a better job than my H80i on the 4690k@ 4.5Ghz.

Ill be building the 8350 back up next weekend with the H80i and will have a go at getting it back to 4.5Ghz and will update you.

I managed to get the Phanteks PH-TC14PE off the auction site for under £50 delivered. Im well chuffed with it. it is massive though.. whatever cooler you decide to go with just make sure it will fit inside the case.

that's running on my 4690k @ 4.5Ghz and 1.25v

this is the rig that's replaced my 8350 as my main machine.
I'm over the moon with how it performs but I dont like to add up what its cost me so far..
( I know there's other members on here that has possibly spent a lot more but I was on a budget as having 2 kids and the youngest being disabled the pc isint top priority )

Im still tempted to drop in a 4790k next year if they come down in price but at the moment the 4690k has impressed me

Thats a bit over priced for me. But Black Friday is coming up so there might be some good bargains to be had

yea hopefully.

Im the same a new one was over my budget so when I spotted the one on auction I put a bid in on my budget and got it so was chuffed.

it was £22 under the price of a new one but still.. £22 makes a difference..
