I use antec natural screenwips on mine. Can't say I find them better than just a damp microfibre cloth, but I find it on more convineant to just have ready to go wipes, rather than having to find my cloth, make sure it's clean etc.

water and a MFC ....... works just fine I have done this for years ....

Got this today and it works well. much better than other stuff ive had, it does leave marks but they buff out with the cloth easily
