Got my two 80gb drives today, unplugged my old raid'd seagates to get a fresh install on the SSD's and to my dismay windows 7 is taking an age to install. I'm getting serious hang time just going through the installer which eventually packs in all together.
The drives appear to be set up fine in the raid utility, showing 149gb striped and I've tried resetting all my bios. I'm not completely tech savvy but willing to try any suggestions you guys might have before returning them.
I'm going to try flashing my bios now as I havent done this in a long time.
