In my case, I'm trying to mount an Intel SSD into an Antec P180 Mini. I bought the Akasa Dual drive converter which didn't fit and I bought a universal cheapo converter, also didn't fit. They're too shot to fit both screw ends, anyone know a converter that fits?

Cheers

Any holes in the motherboard tray? Can't remember offhand. If so you can just put an M3 screw (same as for optical drives) through one of the spare holes into the ssd and secure it that way. I attached a vertex to the back of a removable motherboard tray that way, since they don't get hot or vibrate you can put them anywhere. Velcro is an alternative.

Nice case.

Nah, there isn't any screw holes :/. I thought about velcro but I much rather having it screwed on. Thanks for the advice anyway Jon.

"Scythe Twin Mounter 2.5 Rev.B, 2.5 to 3.5inch Adapter" fits fine my Antec P182 case, just had to use the long case screws rather than the those that came with the mounting kit.

I have the Antec P160 case with the slide-in hard drive trays.

Is the "Scythe Twin Mounter 2.5 Rev.B, 2.5 to 3.5inch Adapter" an acceptable solution for the P160 as well ?

Mine's just lying in the hole where the 3.5" floppy drive was. Seems grand so far. Forgot it was there last time I was opening the case though so might get one of these. £3.79! can't argue with that. Good thread, cheers.

I think that looks excellent, I'm tempted. Can't find a price for it either.
Shame there was no hole in the tray, velcro or duct tape would do it well. Duct tape in particular would never come off.
