I know I shouldn't defrag an SSD but reading the OCZ forum (where it was "recommended") and thinking about this I thought - what the *#ll - just once!
So after running the Perfect Disk 10 trial as suggested on my OCUK 128 GB Crucial SSD (1819 firmware), and then wiper twice - as frequently suggested, this took the Windows Experience Index disk score from 7.0 to 7.3 - the highest it has been. The AS scores were equal to or higher than before (staight after Win7 install)
I will leave well alone now for a month or 2 - and just use it!
