The revised Fritz Chess Benchmark and SuperPi OcUK 2010 leaderboard thread.

After the discussion in the other thread, the results were becoming too complex to keep in an unorganized table, with multiple entries per forum member. So this thread aims to simplify the rankings, and keep the data up-to-date and simple to view.

Prerequisites:

You'll need the following software with which to compete in this leaderboard:

Rules:

Unfortunately, like everything in life, there must be a few rules to abide by. This isn't to make things more awkward, it's just to simplify the collating of results, it's complex and time-consuming enough as it is. So, please, try to stick to the format below:
  • Only one entry per CPU architecture, per member. By default if you submit a faster result, your old result drops off the table to be replaced by the higher score.
  • Results must be posted with a screenshot, comprising of CPUz, SuperPi XS Mod v1.5, and Fritz Benchmark.
  • Please include your motherboard model, and your vCore with your screenshot.
  • Refrain from posting questions or comments in this thread, please use the other thread for this purpose.

Results:

The results are split into 3 sections. An "overall architecture comparison", listing the top, middle and bottom systems of each CPU class, all mixed into one comparison table. An Intel board, split into architecture categories down to the Core 2 Duo 65nm family of processors (Older and non-specified Intel architectures such as the Pentium-M, Atom, etc, are grouped under "Other Intel"). An AMD board, split into architecture categories down to the Athlon 64 family of processors (Older and non-specified AMD architectures such as the Sempron, Athlon XP, etc, are grouped under "Other AMD")

Overall Architecture Board:

Note: Results written in italic purple are core unlocked AMD processors, so the results are typically much higher than a standard locked chip.

These are the results from my missus's rig, once I get mine rebuilt I'll post the results from it to, as I am fairly confident I'll beat these scores with my own chip.

3.3 GHz on Phenom FX-5000. Can I take 'other AMD' (or 'Athlon X2' ;)) please (because it's actually an unlocked Athlon and so I don't get pushed off by the PII 955 / 965 just yet...)

Motherboard: Jetway HA08 Combo
CPU: Athlon X2 5000+ (45nm) unlocked to Phenom FX-5000 x4
FSB: 300
VCore: 1.472 (1.425 in BIOS. I'm not sure which is right).

This is running:
Phenom2 X4 945 (95w) @ 3.6ghz (Stock volts)
8gb PC6400 OCZ Platinum RAM
Asus M3NHT-Deluxe (AM2+)

I couldn't get the Fritz chess program to run any higher than 3.6ghz without crashing my system but hey i'm not complaining coming from a chip with a locked Multi :)

edit: I have had it running at 3.85ghz seemingly stable running Prime95 but Fritz always seemed to cause a BSoD at these settings :(
