Results at 4.2GHz CPU Vcore is (cpu-z 1.328v) because l have Dynamic Vcore(DVID)cpu-z = 1.024v (enabled in Bios)

Super pi > 1m = 9.688s / Fritz Chess Bmrk = 15382

Very true, the stock voltage of my q6600 was 1.2750, my current i7 920 needs 1.2750 for 4ghz, q6600 needed just over 1.5 vcore for a 3.8ghz overclock.
