Reading the MW2 thread its apparent that a lot of peoples gripes are around the people that play the game.

Namely kids, noobs doing nothing but hiding all game in corners, constant noob tubing and commando lunges etc..

How much better would it be if we could organize an OcUK league of some sort. have a google spreadsheet to keep track of the ladder, and maybe make some teams (trying to balance skill levels as much as possible) and have a regular groundwar game and keep track etc..

Would provide consistently good games i reckon. I would be willing to organize a map list, scoring system, spreadsheets etc.. if people are willing to play.

We all play together with mixed levels anyway. Doesnt really bother me i'll be up against players who are level 70 with more lunlocks etc..

I've got a couple of classes that are exactly as i like them already - eg. my run and gun class, UMP, SPAS12, commando pro, lightweight pro and and marathon pro, my Assault Rifle class with fully unlocked Scar-H etc..
 
I meant about earning XP in the games if we played private matches. I'm still trying to level up marathon, commando and lightweight perks. :o
 
we'd play one or two matches a week. If people only wanted to play this and not public then thats fine.

Would be good to see the people who maybe havent sold the game, but got fed up of it, get back into it, even if they only play these private games.

Was playing it yesterday and was getting a bit annoyed at the game

This wont make much sense but:

I am trying to level them up, but they don't really suit my style of play, I like to creep round slowly but surely, but with that I have to sprint round everywhere and I just get owned.

and add deno the *****, plastic1986, froco and mischievs dad (I am guessing they will all want a go in some comp games) some of them are not on this forum but are good players always up for a challange anyway.

Can we poach konvict for our team aswell lol

I managed to get 250 miles from playing a lot of TDM/groundwar and running about with P90. As long as you're prepared to die a lot running loudly in to battles (unless you've got silent footsteps), then it will take a long time.

If we can get this organised properly with set times and teams it will be good. However im not in if it will mean sitting in a lobby for an hour before every match like we end up doing when we play mike myers etc.


I suggest a couple of polls for things like game types, weapon restrictions etc. Teams possibly drawn out of a hat?

Weapon restrictions definately though im all for removing noob tubes from serious games :o

defaintely wanting a proper organized game, with a time each week, set teams etc..

have it as a private match, will gladly restrict noob tubes if thats what everybody wants.
