iOS 4.0.2 released for iPhone and iPod to fix the security issue in the PDF viewer.

Obviously don't upgrade just yet if you're planning to jailbreak.

Nope.

Won't see a whole lot of bug fixes until it jumps to 4.1. These minor releases are just if its something they need to push out quickly.

Clearly Apple don't care what the US Law have to say and its still against its EULA

Yes, that jailbreak exploit is also a massive security flaw, which would you rather have, a compromised phone or a safari jailbreak?

lol anyone that likes being restricted by apple is clearly crazy. JB is the best thing that ever happend to the iphone.
