when you say case temps were bad, what are you considering bad?

My 600t is very cool

When I had my last case idle was 32-33 and max load was 45-50 useing prime 95 for 4hrs the case was Antec 900 with fans set to med.

Now with the 600t my idle was 39-38 and max load was 55-60 I see this as bad so what can I do to sort this out so I looked at the front and top fans,so when I put my hand in the case it was warm and the cmf on the fans is not that good so I put in 3 120 fans in to take the heat out the case faster and it worked now im am getting idle 32-35 and max load is 50-55

Hope this helps and when I get a better cmf 200mm fan on the front it will be better

When looking for a new case i narrowed it down pretty much to the 600T or the 700D and given i am no fan of plastic and was able to get the 700 for only £20 more i went with that. If the build quality and finish on the 600 is the same as the 700 you will be a happy bunny absolutely lovely finished cases. Just sucks right now i have a real bad dose of flu so cannot move system over :(.

I was looking at the Corsair video you have posted on the store page, a nice looks case but at £130 its a bit pricey given a) the £:$ exchange rate and the Corsair guy said these would retail at 139 (which I assume is US $'s) b) it's a mid tower c) it's made from cheap steel and plastic.

If this came in at £80-£90 I would be interested as it has a lot neat features and looks sturdy but so far it's priced itself out the market IMO.

Yes, the stock fans suck as they are rebadged Xigmatek 20mm deep jobs and just don't shift enough air. Also they have a lot of motor noise even on low. Lots of complaints on the Corsair forums. Unfortunately the Coolermaster Megaflows which are far superior and quieter won't fit without modding as they are 30mm deep. I'll probably put 2 decent 120mm fans in the top of my case.

Here's mine. Had to remove top HD rack to help cool those GTX's. Couldn't relocate it to section on front of psu as the AX1200 cables and motherboard connectors wouldn't let me push the cage back fully. Still, was simple enough to install the 2nd SSD with some hook and loop fasteners :) Also managed to get that Viper in there. Luckily only needed 2 zip ties as there was holes in the hd rack which a couple of M3 screws fitted into no problem. Still thinking I should have got a HAF X though :(
