Unlimited online storage is a nice concept... Very useful for the amount of upload you're given!

Look's like a 8 month wait for me :( and it's only £7 more then what I am paying now.

Same here... Broadband: Superfast, reliable broadband up to 50Mb

I think I might cancel my VIRGIN account and rebuy it... I can get 50MBIT / TV / PHONE for less than we currently pay... Seems like they're taking the biscuit as we've been with them 10 years.

Can't wait to see some speedtests for this!

Well the upload upgrade is not till then so I think this will be the date I could be wrong
I called VM and they don't know when I will get 100Mb...silly way to run a company imho
 
Don't think I'll use their router... Dlink 655 is most likely much better! I hear the VM hubs are netgear no? I assume they give you a MODEM + ROUTER? They are not some sort of combined unit?
 
My 655 is an absolute workhorse, I see reports of people having issues with 40MB fibre on the BT service, not being able to cope with throughput... I'm assuming that the 655 will cope very well given its all gigabit as is my home. I think many people wont get the benefit of the 100MBIT services due to having a rubbish modem, supplied by VM or bought from PC world for untold amounts of money :p.

the VM super hub is all gigabit and my 615 isn't.

still couldn't blag a free one but did get out of the woman that they expect 100mb in my area for the second week in January.

i'll get a free one then when i upgrade

Which number did you call? 150 option 2-2-2?
 
i think the 100mb upgrade is tied into the upload speed bump. i've had ours about 3 weeks now and her saying early January tends to confirm that
