remember them northern lights i told you about ? being able to see in the uk ?

well tonight is the night, well 2 - 4 am friday morning
solar flare hits earth

The northern lights (Aurora Borealis) may also be visible further south than is normally the case - including from northern parts of the UK.

The biggest flares can disrupt technology, including power grids, communications systems and satellites

Was misty here when I walked the dog around 2am, couldn't even make out where the Full Moon was so no chance of seeing the lights even if there was any
