Wooow low price, could've bought that at £64 last price, but went the for the Lepa B 750W. still lovely though :).

Yes, it is much better than the older revision PSU's from OCZ. Basically the man in charge of PSU at Corsair left Corsair about 12 months ago and joined OCZ and have turned around the OCZ PSU range with the new ZS, ZX, and the upcoming ZT series.

Glad to see what looks and sounds like a decent built psu at a sensible price. Paying nearly as much for a psu at a top end processor is getting crazy.

Yes it is very important. I imagine that Corsair won't be too pleased that I have leaked this information out. But it is fact!

im glad you have though - always best to be clear as a retailer as your reputation is on the line - im glad i shop at OCUK :)

This is true, it always feels difficult to justify a lot of money on a PSU - as it doesn't add to performance and just sits in the corner powering stuff. But it is worth spending a bit of money on cos no other component really can blow a whole system damaging parts like a cheap PSU can, so this is really good deal for a good high Wattage, well built, PSU at a good price.

Spending a bit extra on the PSU will outlast every other component in your system - I am still running my original Corsair HX620 from several years ago when they were first released, and has seen me through 3 complete builds to my present i5 2500k system.

Well the more info we provide customers whihc is accurate the more we are trusted and the more customers rely on us and buy from us. So it makes sense to give honest info.

No point in lying as we get found out.

I will be posting a big review tomorrow of the new Corsair keyboards by the way, so keep an eye out for them. I have samples of both models, which I have been testing over the past few days.

Honest opinion, for those of us where noise is an issue; what's the noise like on these models, compared to the likes of the Bequiet, which aren't the quietest PSUs out of the fanned models, but are certainly good and always rate relatively well in this stake (you'd hope so too with a name like that :D)
