Right guys, im only about 2 weeks in to my new routine etc.
I currently split my routine in two. I do a sort of FB workout with out the legs stuff on a monday and thursday and I do legs stuff and cycling on tuesday and friday.
As one of my aims is to lose some fat on my lower abs i probly will throw in a 30 mins cycling and 30 min swimming session on the weekend.
Right food!
This what I currently eat. Now obviously I think its clean but I seem to just feel pretty full all the time, which gives me the illusion that im not actually going to lose any fat on this diet/
Breakfast 9am: 2 brown toast and 2 scrambbled eggs, glass of milk multi vitamin.
12pm: A handful of almonds
2pm: pasta/rice with chicken
6pm Pree workout chicken sandchich (brownbread, low fat may and low fat cheese lettuce)
9pm Dinner: steak, Salmon, chicken, with rice/potato or pasta and salad or vegetables.
What do you reckon, is that clean enough for me to lose some weight on?
as well as upper body and legs, im doinf 3x30 mins cycling and may throw in a 30 min swimming session as well....
