Does any one work out wearing knee braces?

I have issues with my knees and plan to start squatting as advised by my physio.

I have a knee brace, but its flimsy and doesnt really offer much support.

What do you reckon about this?

mueller do a good band. i dont agree with knee braces apart from for compression post injury/workout and competition / PB.
