More eBay troubles.

So basically,
I bought a used HDD on eBay
it was £9 IDE
It was making a loud click and he told me to send it on May 01
I sent it on May 01, and it should have arrived. I sent a message to him saying this
Dear m.dzioba,

Please could you respond ASAP,
has the HDD arrived?
If it has please could you send a replacement

I think he bought it, then it arrived and was faulty and then he sent it back, but it hasn't been received.

It's only been 2 days since it arrived, so while he should have replied by now you could give him over the weekend to be reasonable. It may be that he's not had a chance to test it. If you've not heard anything back within a week of him receiving it then that's when you file a claim I think, and you should be claiming for your return postage too.

If the M stands for Michael then you're almost certainly correct.
