More eBay troubles.

If there's no electronic proof of delivery, and the method you chose should have it then you would be claiming against Royal Mail (assuming they were the carrier)... however they might say they take a few days to update their proof of delivery?

Thats only 1 day.

assuming that he thought it was working when he posted it, i expect he will want to test it and check serial numbers etc before he responds to you.

There is electronic proof, just saw it, it says on the page arrived on 3rd may

I know its a pain but just give him until Monday to respond, if he hasnt responded then file a claim, if it helps i might have a spare IDE/SATA hard drive lying about, if you get no luck i will donate mine to you, aslong as you pay the postage.

I have a 12 year old son who got scammed a while ago, he was gutted.

Arazi, I'll pay the postage if you send the drive?

I was going to offer a drive, but I don't have an IDE motherboard to check what's on it and in total honestly I'd be worried I'd be sending a drive full of porn to a 12 year old.

Lol, don't worry, you guys don't need to donate the drive unless it does not come back fully working.
If it does not I will pay full for it even though I have not got a lot of money following my G400 purchase :)
