A few benchmarks of my 2x 120GB Sandisk Extreme SSD's in RAID-0. Now that TRIM is fully supported within RAID-0 on Z77/79 motherboards, I thought I would give them a try.

I will not pretend that 1000MB/s reads/writes feel any faster within Windows than 500MB's, but they look nice in benchmarks.

I like these drives. Like all SF-2281 controlled SSD's they perform better with compressible data, but overall they offer damn good value and performance.

I agree, I bought mine in May for about £155, they have not gone up or down significantly in price but for reliability and performance they are hard to beat.

After modding my ASUS Maximus Gene V mobo BIOS with the latest 11.5 Intel RAID OROM, and installing the latest Intel RST drivers, I now get the following results.

It seems to have improved things a little.

EDIT: Here's some Anvil benches.
