I would not do anything until I had an aftermarket cooler.

Yes I have used it to test overclocks before writing it into bios but I do not use the auto overclock function. It does provide a solution but not an ideal one.

You then need to test it thoroughly with a stress test.

I use MWsnap to capture pictures or areas of the screen.

As far as I know autotune doesn't go any higher than the system can handle, so let it run through and see what happens. make sure you check your temps & maybe run something like prime95 for a while when it's done.

1. first there is no need to flash the BIOS unless it addresses a problem you are having. If you are having an issue then you should check your board manufacturers website to see if the BIOS updates address that issue. Flashing the BIOS can render your system dead if it goes wrong.

2. No 2 hours is nowhere near meaning anything. Prime should be ran for at least 6 hours + (some people do it for 24 hours). You could run IBT for 20 passes at high but IBT is more demanding than prime and will use more power and create more heat. IBT for 20 passes will only take about 40 minutes.
