Can't get the offer if you already have broadband but if you agree to a new 12 month contract and pay £2.18 P&P they'll send you the new Sky Hub. I have one and its great, really stable.

Ok, Cheers, they have also emailed me to offer free BB for a year (will be a bit disappointed if they emailed and sent post to me for an offer I'm not entitled too -) so will give them a call and see what the deal is.

if you've received a mail shot directly from Sky then you should be entitled to the offer. Only the F&F offer I have doesn't apply to existing BB customers. Give them a phone.

Tried em, broadband offer was fine, sadly would charge £69 for a new Hub -first time I've been disappointed with sky - guy on the phone failed to Mute so had the pleasure of listening to him talking to his colleagues - wasn't rude about me but the language was a bit colourful! Suppose as a loyal customer of 5 years I deserve a new router a lot less than a new customer!

They should be able to order you a new router if you recontract for 12 months? I would do it myself for you but I'm off next week. Only need to pay postage.

Is there any way yet to upgrade from an old box to a new one without having to take out a multiroom sub or pay an absolute fortune for the damn thing?

buy it off gumtree or ebay and simply pair it to said box by phoning sky

i got a sky+ hd box and a wireless connector for £25 altogether off gumtree.
