Oops, I've been on the wrong thread.

Lucky not to be behind already, again we just haven't got started.

Sanchez really not looking great again, seems to be a nearly man. Everything he does neeeearly comes off.

Edit: Although having Cazorla on the left really does not help. In the middle of the park he is a decent player, but he just can't play out there.

Well thank god we are playing Cazorla, after the worst game he's had for Arsenal, down the left again. complete waste out there, have guys like Campbell on the bench.... don't bother giving him a go, definitely shouldn't have brought him on for Caz in the last game to help get his fitness levels up.
Nothing like seeing players look great in preseason then not seeing them till some cup game in october, where they are great.... at which point we sell them the following summer.

We've got a guy who is literally awful down the wing, and a guy whose preferred position is on the wing... so who do we play?

Even with this line up, we'd be better with Wilshere or Ramsey wide and Caz in the middle.

We're just too lopsided, everything we do is going down the right, we are not spreading play at all. Monreal is not the attacking threat Gibbs is (and Gibbs isnt much of one) Cazorla can't play out there and keeps getting pulled into the middle. Far too eas to defend against.

Giroud a complete donkey there, awful performance, the front 4-5 look utterly disjointed, Giroud screwing everything up from underhit 2 yard passes to fluffed first touches and poor shots. Sanchez jogs in a straight line against a poor fullback and still can't do anything. Cazorla on the wing was shown time and time again last year to be completely pointless and that he was by a huge margin the worst player on the pitch at the weekend.... we go ahead and start him there again.

I can't remember back to back Arsenal performances that looked so disjointed.

Edit. What the **** is this referee doing?

Flamini wasn't anywhere near the guy who seemed to take a high boot to the head....case of mistaken identity? I'd appeal it tomorrow if that indeed was the case.

Nah, about 5 seconds after that he came through and took another guys legs out. It was a foul but never a booking.
