nvidia drivers automatically install

I’m having this super annoying issue where nvidia drivers keep getting installed after uninstalling them. I uninstalled the drivers and used DDU and even have the auto update thing disabled but after a system restart if I give it 2 mins I’ll see the same drivers I uninstalled get reinstalled...
